Nanite issues on Tech Art Homework

 In the current version of Unreal 5, Nanite does not support meshes that contain textures that are two sided or materials that contain masks. 


When these meshes are converted to Nanite, they will appear dark or completely lose their material/texture. 


I unchecked two-sided on some of the materials that were affected, and this solved the issue. Others I simply could not fix, and had to leave unoptimized.
